• User Conduct: Users must respect the Nexcade community by adhering to server rules, treating other players and staff with respect, and avoiding any conduct that disrupts gameplay or enjoyment for others. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:
  • Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior.
  • Exploiting bugs or using unauthorized modifications (hacks, cheats, or macros).
  • Engaging in unfair play or gaining an advantage through manipulation of server rules.
• Server Rules: Users are required to follow all in-game rules. These rules may change periodically, and it is each user’s responsibility to stay updated. Violation of server rules can result in punishments including, but not limited to, warnings, temporary bans, and permanent bans from the Nexcade network.

4. Account Responsibility and Security

• Account Security: Each user is responsible for the security of their own Minecraft and Nexcade account credentials. Nexcade is not responsible for any unauthorized access to a user’s account due to weak passwords, sharing of login details, or other negligence.
• Password Protection: Users should protect their passwords and avoid sharing them with others. Nexcade will never ask you for your password.
• Ban Evasion: Attempts to evade or circumvent bans or other disciplinary actions will result in further penalties, up to and including permanent exclusion from our services.

5. Purchases and Payment Terms

• Virtual Goods and Services: All purchases, including ranks, Nexcoins, cosmetic packs, and other digital items, are intended solely for in-game use on the Nexcade server. These Virtual Goods have no real-world monetary value and do not represent any form of ownership.
• Non-Refundable Policy: All purchases on the Nexcade webstore are strictly non-refundable, except where required by law. By completing a transaction, you agree that you understand and accept that refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute through your bank or payment provider without attempting to resolve the matter with Nexcade first may result in a permanent ban from our services. 6. Nexcoins and In-Game Currency Policy

• Definition: Nexcoins are a virtual currency exclusive to Nexcade, designed for use within our server ecosystem. They cannot be transferred, exchanged for real money, or withdrawn outside of Nexcade’s platform.
• Usage and Expiration: Nexcoins do not expire but are transferable and can be resold, exchanged, or gifted to other users.
• Nexcoin Purchases: Purchases made with Nexcoins are also non-refundable. By purchasing Nexcoins, users accept that they cannot request a refund, nor can they convert them back to any real-world currency.

7. Cosmetic Packs, Ranks, and Other In-Game Items

• Cosmetic Packs and Customisation: Cosmetic packs, such as the Cosmic Adventure Pack, Galactic Enchantment Pack, and Stellar Pack, are purely for customisation and do not offer gameplay advantages.
• Ranks: Ranks provide additional perks and privileges, but they do not guarantee any right to influence server operations, receive staff privileges, or gain access to server management tools.
• Rank and Perk Adjustments: Nexcade reserves the right to modify or remove features and perks associated with any rank, Nexcoins, or cosmetic pack at any time, without prior notice or compensation.

8. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

• Server Content: All content on Nexcade’s server and website, including graphics, text, images, plugins, and custom code, are owned or licensed by Nexcade and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
• User-Generated Content: By submitting any content, such as builds, artwork, or other contributions to Nexcade, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and non-exclusive license to use, modify, distribute, and display your content in any format and on any platform, without compensation.
• Trademarks and Logos: Nexcade’s logo, name, and related branding are trademarks owned by Nexcade. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or intellectual property is prohibited.

9. Privacy Policy and Data Collection

• Data Collection: Nexcade may collect and store information necessary for gameplay and user experience, including but not limited to usernames, IP addresses, and transaction data. We do not sell or distribute your personal data to third parties without consent, unless required by law.
